Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc
Handpicked and selected grapes from our vineyards situated in Porreres (Mallorca – the Balearic Islands). Grapes are collected in individual crates with a capacity of 15-20 kg. and immediately transported to the winery where they are cooled for 24-48 hours to under 5ᵒ C to avoid premature fermentation.
Traditional winemaking methods without the addition of yeasts or bacteria (following the DEMETER INTERNATIONAL standards). Fermentation and keeping at controlled temperatures.
Visual: Pale yellow with greenish tones. Well defined legs.
Nose: The nose is aromatic and intense, with aromas of white flowers, sweet hints of heather, light toasty aromas. Slightly fruity, with citrus and tropical notes.
Palate: The palate is velvety and round, well balanced, slightly acidic. Long and refreshing aftertaste.
Service temperature: 8-10 ᵒC
Pairing: Ideal for aperitif and vermouth, for fish as well as for white meats, and for desserts.
